Just a quick post to say I've just turned 32 (Good old binary offsets) and, not only that but I've also released a new web publish of my first "Long Way Till Morning" Unity Scene... Oh Yeah! It now comes with added Particle Systems to handle weather effects, plus I've improved the terrain generation using a very nice unity plugin / import called "Ferr 2D Terrain". This should mean I can start chucking together new scenes in a much more expedient manner... Scenes which will all support damn nice lighting, particles, multiple cameras and physics all from the get-go.
Coming up next:
- Character Animation Control, both Pixel KeyFrames and Spines.
- LostBeach Scene.
- Multiple Terrain interaction, Annabell will be able to choose which terrain she can travel on, allowing for less linear gameplay.
- Submaps, allowing Annabell to travel into smaller regions like her House or the Church (both found, but not yet implemented in the demo).
Oh and P.S. Watch this space for a Unity update with regards to Pebbl!
For now though, I'm off to bed.
